Bundles

Available for: Business & Enterprise Plan

 

A bundle is a combination of multiple courses of your choice, offered as a package. It can be used for two purposes:

1. Bundling Products customers can buy as a "Single Package"
   
2. Breaking Down long/content-heavy learning journeys into multiple courses

General  

Title: this title will be visible to your participants 

Internal notes: internal notes help you to stay organized if you have many bundles in the future. Only admins can see these notes. 

Duration: duration indicates the time of the bundle, and how long it will be available for completion. 

Time Invest: the actual time needed to complete the bundle. 

Description: make your participants understand what your course is all about and why it is worth signing up for.

Advanced  

Pricing: set your price and currency in this field. If no price is set, students can enrol or request access without any check-out process. 

Difficulty:  it is optional to categorize the difficulty of the bundle 

Instructor: you can assign one or multiple instructors in a bundle 

You can set different images for your bundle in all available languages. However, you can always keep only one image for all languages. 

Admin tags: these tags will help you to keep your library organized in the future. You can assign multiple tags separated by a semicolon. These tags are only visible to admins. 

Featured bundles: if enabled, this bundle will appear in the featured activities list. There is a toggle switch to activate or deactivate. 

Bundle Specific Terms: The terms you enter here will replace the standard Terms and Conditions you have set for your account for this only. If left blank, your standard terms apply. There is a toggle switch to activate or deactivate the visibility.

Email templates: a new template can be created or you can use a template from a previously created collection.  Through the email template option, you create a personalized email to send off to users while engaging in a specific. More information, here.

There is the option to set it as active or inactive via the toggle option. Furthermore, you can set send date of your email and save it as an email template. 

Keep in mind that the email templates set to the course will not be applicable to the bundles.

The start date of each course included in the bundle can be edited.
