Access Requests

Access Requests

Find the video tutorial here.

Customers will have the option to submit an access request if self-enrolling has not been enabled through the publication settings.

After an access request is submitted, a message informing the user that our team is handling their request will be sent out automatically.

When an access request is granted, the customer will have the option to enroll and take part in a course. An email notifying the user that their request was denied will be sent to them if you reject an access request.

The received access requests will be available for viewing in the Quickview section only.

Please be aware that access requests can only be managed through the relevant course.
