Through the question mark symbol in the bottom left corner of your screen, you can swiftly and easily access the knowledge base articles.



The articles in the knowledge base are open to the public; however, to have access to the community page and submit a support ticket you are required to log in using your credentials.


While generating a new ticket, you can specify its priority; if the problem is affecting your business and requires immediate attention, you can set it to high priority. After submitting the ticket, you'll get a confirmation email.
