Mindseed provides a core for your fully customized content creation, upload, and structure of your curriculum quickly and creating your courses in just a few steps, and gaining an online presence.    

The viewing of the created courses can be edited by the customize option editing the headers that will appear when accessing the section.



 


General  

Title: this title will be visible to your participants 


Internal notes: internal notes help you to stay organized if you have many courses in the future. Only admins can see these notes. 


Duration & Time invest 


Duration: duration indicates the period of the course, and how long it will be available for completion. 

 
Time invest: the actual time needed to complete the course 


Short description: max 150 characters is recommended.

Description: make your participants understand what your course is all about and why it is worth signing up for.



Advanced  

Pricing: set your price and currency here. If no price is set, students can enrol or request access without any check-out process. 


Difficulty:  it is optional to categorize the difficulty of the course 


Instructor: you can assign one or multiple instructors in a course 

You can set different images for your course in all available languages. However, you can always keep only one image for all languages. 


Admin tags: these tags will help you to keep your course library organized in the future. You can assign multiple tags separated by a semicolon. These tags are only visible to admins. 

 

Featured courses: if enabled, this course will appear in the featured activities list. There is a toggle switch to activate or deactivate. 


Course Specific Termsthe terms you enter here will replace the standard Terms and Conditions you have set for your account for this course only. If left blank, your standard terms apply. There is a toggle switch to activate or deactivate the visibility. 

Prerequisite: only participants that have completed the course(s) specified as a prerequisite, can enrol in this course. 

Accessibility 

Here you will be able to set the audience where your course will be visible. 


Everybody: your course will be publicly visible in your catalog to everyone according to your publication settings. 


Specific audience: your course will be visible only to specific users based on the audiences you set below. 
  1. Invitation link: Anybody with this link can view and enrol to/purchase the course according to publication dates and enrolment settings. Copy the link and share it with your customers. 
  2. Specific Users: Only users with a specified email will be able to view and enrol on the course 
  3. Whitelisted domains: Everything after the @ in an email specifies the domain. Eg. John.Doe@xyz.com, and @xyz.com would be the domain. You can add multiple domains separated by a comma. Only users whose email matches with any of the whitelisted domains can view and enrol on the course. 

Why archive a course rather than delete it?

You can effectively make a course inactive by archiving it, but it remains accessible for use at any time. By doing so, you manage to keep the course material organized while keeping your course log free of inactive classes.
